Q. When does registration open for camp?

    A. Camp registration officially opens on March 22, 2019. Please check back regularly as registration may open earlier. 

Q. When does camp begin and end?

    A. Camp starts on June 24, 2019 - August 16, 2019. There is no camp on July 4, 2019 and the camp price is reduced for this week. 

Q. What time does camp start and end each day?

    A. 7:30am-5:00pm

Q. How old should my child/children be to enroll?

    A. 6-16 years old. There is also a Junior Camp Counselor Program for youth who are 17 years old 

Q. How much is camp?

    A. Camp is $140/session. Sessions are one week. 

Q. Is there a deposit amount?

    A. Yes, a mandatory fee of $165 holds your child's spot in camp as well as pays for all camp activities, field trips and a Camp St. John's t-shirt. A deposit MUST be paid for each camper. 

Q. Do I have to register for all eight weeks of camp?

    A. No, you do not have to register your camper(s) for all eight weeks of camp. It is however encouraged as we are planning to do "The Lion King, Jr." 

Q. What records are needed in order to register?

    A. Immunization form - if current, you can request a copy of the form on file at your child's school. Birth Certificate - to verify child's age

These documents are mandatory and registration is not complete without them. 

Q. Do you have a sibling program?

    A. Yes, we offer a rate of $105/session, per child +a deposit/activity fee for each child. 

Q. Do you offer breakfast/lunch?

    A. Yes, breakfast & lunch will be provided by the Summer Food Program. Campers are able to bring a lunch from home, if desired. 

Q. How do we register?

    A. You can register online or in person at St. John's Congregational Church, Mon-Fri, 10:00am-2:00pm beginning March 22, 2019. 

Q. What are some of the field trips you offer?

    A. Weekly trip to Six Flags New England(Tuesday), trip to see "Wicked", Laser Tag, Hershey Park trip, and more!

Q. Do you provide transportation to and from camp?

    A. Transportation to and from camp is available upon request, at an additional cost. 

Q. What will my child/children do?

    A. Campers will receive instruction is music, dance, and drama each day. Additionally, campers will have 2 weekly chapel services for spiritual growth, fun activities, arts & crafts, life skills, educational enrichment, and free time each day. A sample schedule is available in the handbook

Q. Do you accept the New England Farm Workers Voucher? 

   A. Yes, we do accept this voucher. When registering please indicate such on the page that ask you to indicate what session(s) your child/children will be attending. Individuals interested in learning of eligibility to receive a voucher should call the New England Farm Workers Council directly at 413-272-2207.
